Leaders are made over time, but some people also have a natural gift of leadership–and you are one of those people! You have learned many lessons and gone through many transformations to get to this point, so you need to start acting like you’ve earned it.

The role of a leader is tricky; you must be righteous, but firm, always hoping to do the true and just thing for the people you are ruling. Whether you’re a King or a Mayor, a school Principal or simply a teacher, your role commands power over a group of people. Recognizing this dynamic is your first step toward achieving greatness.

Surely, that can’t be done overnight, so there are still lessons to be learned, even at this stage. You need to recognize what you’ve accomplished to get to this point. All the skills you’ve cultivated have culminated to this point.

Each of your actions is meant to inspire others. The size of your audience does not matter, for your words are impactful enough to change the lives of stadiums’ worth of people, even if you are only speaking to maybe 50.

A great leader is firm, but kind and caring towards everyone they meet.

Think of the best leaders you know, or know of. What makes them so amazing in your eyes? It could be something superficial, like their great hair or charming smile. Or–it could be something more profound, like their ability to give without a second thought.

We all have people we look up to, and most of those people are leaders. Emulate the traits you admire in the leaders you love. Watch what happens when you take those impressive qualities, improving them simply by being yourself!

You are being guided toward greatness by Archangel Gabriel. She helps you harness your own internal courage to step into your newfound leadership role, whether at work or in your personal life.

She will also protect you from any enemies, because unfortunately, sometimes stepping into these leadership roles means that you can’t be friends with everybody. However, you are divinely protected, so you shouldn’t worry about any naysayers.

Instead, hold your head high and rule your kingdom. You were quite literally born to do this; a few people with staggering opinions of you cannot change what God has decided.
