Breathe

Ground yourself and this stressful, difficult period will pass before you know it.

When was the last time you took a deep, releasing breath? You may be keeping yourself trapped with anxious thoughts without even knowing you’re doing it. Sometimes, stress can make you hold your breath, clench your joints, and hold the tension in every corner of your body.

While this is a normal reaction to have, it’s not healthy! It’s time to ground yourself to release this anxiety that you’re harboring.

Whatever your problem may be, know that it is only temporary. This too, shall pass, just like every other difficult time you’ve been through before this point. Think of the last time you thought a situation was the end of the world! You’re still here, living, breathing, and doing even better than you could have imagined previously.

Use the help of Archangel Raphael to heal any current pain points.

Archangel Raphael’s name literally means “whom God heals.” He shows up when something needs healing, and sometimes he sends healing in the form of tough lessons. However, none of his lessons will ever be insurmountable, even if they seem that way in the moment.

At the moment, you’re heavily connected to the elements of water and air. You are being guided toward beaches, baths, and airplanes–anything that can get you closer to these elements.

A breath of fresh air could be exactly what you need to release the tension you’re harboring in your body. You can even take a little walk; going out in nature can be one of the fastest healing methods that you could use.

You might notice that the air quality around you is improving at this time. This is because the Angels are guiding you toward nature!

Meditation will help relieve your stress.

People tend to have very rigid views of what meditation is. We picture someone sitting criss-cross-applesauce on a yoga mat, with candles lit. Maybe there’s an instructor there, teaching them how to become more “zen.”

We’re taught that meditation is eliminating all of your thoughts, creating a completely clear mind. This couldn’t be farther from the truth!

The most effective form of meditation is letting each thought pass, just once, through your mind so you can make room for new ones. Then, you’ll feel much lighter, knowing that everything you were anxious about has been accounted for, but it no longer needs to reside in your psyche.
